Seleta is a Registered Veterinary Technician who has worked at Wilson's Creek Animal Hospital since it's begining in July 2008. She recieved her Associate's of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology fom Bel-Ray Institute, located in Denver, Colorado, in 2003. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science at Missouri State University and plans on graduating in May 2011.

She is the proud mother of two great danes, a wire-haired dachshund, a terrier mix, a cranky cat and the most adorable "hairless" 2 year old little boy. She enjoyes spending her time with her little boy, beading, eating sushi, crocheting, and soaking up new information.

Jennifer left music education and began her career in emergency veterinary medicine in 2005. She has been working in private practice concurrently since 2007. She also volunteers with the Greene County Office of Emergency Management and is a responder with Community Emergency Response Team-Animal Response Team (CERT-ART) when disaster strikes our area and our pets are affected. As a member of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, her main focus is in training emergency veterinary assistants, but she loves her part time work in preventive medicine and with healthy puppies and kittens.

On her small amount of off-time, she makes jewelry and pet collars. At home, she has four cats and a drummer.

Dale was born in upstate New York and volunteered in a local veterinary clinic while in high school. After moving to Florida, she worked from 1985 to 2004 at Vet I Care Animal Hospital, until she relocated to Springfield, MO and came to work for Dr. Weddle in 2008.

In her free time, she enjoys playing golf.

Whitney has been working at Wilson’s Creek Animal Hospital since March of 2009. She has 5 years of veterinary assistant experience. Whitney graduated from Missouri State University in 2008 with a BS in Animal Science. She has 3 dogs and 1 cat at home.

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outside and playing with her son.

Jessica has been working at Wilson’s Creek Animal Hospital since August of 2008. A graduate of Nixa High School, she has 3 years of experience working in a veterinary facility, and is currently attending Missouri State University’s Pre-Veterinary program and working toward her Bachelor’s degree in General Biology.

Between work and school, Jessica still loves to both read and write short fiction, play around on the computer, and find time to have fun with her mom, dad, and little brother.

Dr. David Weddle was raised in Springfield, and attended the local public schools. Following 5 years as a U.S. Marine, he attended Missouri State University for his undergraduate coursework. He then attended the University of Missouri, graduating in 1997 with his DVM degree. He spent the next 11 years in various Midwest small animal general and emergency practices before opening Wilson’s Creek Animal Hospital in 2008.

When not at the hospital, he enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and bicycling around Southwest Missouri.

Sue has been with the clinic from the beginning. She is the receptionist/practice manager. This is her first experience working in a veterinary clinic but not her first experience as a receptionist or business manager. She enjoys greeting the clients and their pets and tries to make their experience at Wilson’s Creek as pleasant as possible.

Outside the clinic she enjoys spending time with family, especially her two grandsons.
