Remember:

1. Remain calm.

2. Phone for advice

3. Do not attempt home remedies.

4. Discuss the emergency with the staff on duty.

5. Copy street directions to the clinic carefully.

6. Be cautious when handling injured pets. Animals in pain often BITE. Especially animals that do not know you.
